Our Core Values

Life Early Learning Centre (ELC) has four key values that guide everything we do:

ACCEPTANCE To provide a safe place for children of all backgrounds and cultures by developing and maintaining an attitude that is all-inclusive of others and their differences. An attitude and willingness “to do whatever it takes”. Believing for God’s best in everything they do.

CHRISTLIKENESS To train and equip children to become more like Christ by reflecting His attributes while walking in humility and grace. Children are encouraged to understand and are inspired by Jesus’ servant ministry and we encourage them to practise it through acts of kindness, generosity and encouragement towards others.

EXCELLENCE Our children are encouraged to consistently be the best they can be for Christ, reaching for their God-given potential, serving others passionately, all the while bringing honour and glory to God.

HONOUR To honour is to esteem and think of others and self highly. We encourage our children to develop and maintain a culture of honouring God, each other, our ELC and the community through determination, persistence, courage, integrity, respect, courtesy, resilience and confidence.
